Pricing & Quotes

A clear scope. A considered quote.

Project-based pricing

We prepare individual quotes rather than publish a universal per-word rate. A short technical document with complex formatting can require different work from a longer editable document. Your quote should reflect the work and review your project needs.

Language & content

Source and target languages, word count, subject complexity, terminology requirements and intended use.

Review & delivery

Required human review, additional quality checks, file preparation, formatting, delivery format and deadline.

From enquiry to agreement

  1. Describe the project. Send contact details, document type, language pair, approximate word count and preferred deadline.
  2. Confirm the material. We arrange file transfer if needed and assess suitability, complexity and layout requirements.
  3. Review the quote. Scope, price, delivery date and relevant conditions are agreed before work starts.
  4. Approve the project. A quote request is an enquiry, not a purchase. Work begins after agreement.

Helpful information to include

Tell us whether you have editable source files, an approved glossary, earlier translations or a specific review requirement. If the word count is unknown, leave it blank. Any applicable taxes and additional preparation work should be clarified in the quote.
